Here’s the steps for using QuickTime Player to record your iOS device’s screen:
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to your Mac via a lightning cable.
- Open QuickTime player.
- Click on File and then select ‘New Movie Recording’.
- A window appears for recording. Click on the little arrow next to the record button to open a drop-down menu. Select your iPhone or iPad from the Camera section in the menu. If you wish to record the audio as well, then select your device from the Mic section as well.
