Erase and Recover Data on a Locked iPhone via iTunes
If you had backed up your data on iTunes, you can erase the device and then restore the data on the iTunes backup. Follow these simple steps to do it.
Step 1: Connect the iPhone to your computer and then open iTunes. When asked for a passcode, try using anther computer or use recovery mode.
Step 2: wait for iTunes to sync your device and create a backup. Once the process is complete, click “Restore iPhone.”
Step 3: Follow the instructions until you get to the Set Up screen and the tap “Restore from iTunes Backup.” Select the device in iTunes and then choose a relevant backup to restore the device.
